热轧法生产P92耐热无缝钢管的性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 对热轧法生产P92耐热无缝钢管的化学成分、金相组织及室温力学性能进行研究,模拟其主要工作条件,并进行高温力学性能试验和循环疲劳试验。结果表明,热轧法生产P92钢管成品的各项性能指标符合ASME SA-335M和GB5310标准要求,可用于批量生产超超临界发电机组蒸汽管道。 The chemical composition, metallographic structure and room temperature mechanical properties of P92 heat-resistant seamless steel pipe made by hot rolling method were studied, its main working conditions were simulated, and the high-temperature mechanical property test and cyclic fatigue test were carried out. The results show that the performance indexes of P92 steel pipe produced by hot rolling method meet the requirements of ASME SA-335M and GB5310 standards, and can be used for mass production of steam pipes of ultra supercritical generator sets.
