摘要
承钢1 780 mm生产线以高强钢和薄规格带钢为主要产品,随着市场竞争日益激烈,高表面产品研发逐步列为生产线重点工作。而生产过程中性能均匀性和冷轧镀锡后表面疑似夹杂线缺陷制约了热轧的生产。技术人员通过优化厚度和冷却控制解决了性能均匀性要求,通过跟踪、优化轧辊氧化膜解决了镀锡后表面疑似夹杂线缺陷。目前,生产线高表面级别产品生产稳定。
Chenggang’s 1 780 mm production line is mainly made of high strength steel and thin gauge. With the increasingly fierce market competition, the research and development of high surface products are gradually listed as the key work of the production line. Hot rolling production is restricted by uniformity of properties and suspected inclusion line defects on the surface after cold rolling and tin plating. The technicians solved the uniformity requirement of performance by optimizing thickness and cooling control, and solved the suspected inclusion line defects on the surface after tin plating by tracking and optimizing the roll oxide film. At present, the production line of high surface grade products is stable.
