摘要
针对轧制超薄、超宽极限规格不锈钢时热轧板形较差、成功率低的问题,分析了3 300 mm精轧机轧制超薄、超宽2205系双相不锈钢船板热轧极限规格的制约因素,通过优化坯料设计、优化坯料加热工艺、优化轧制工艺以及设备功能精度保障,成功实现了热轧超薄、超宽2205系双相不锈钢船板极限规格的轧制,使热轧板形合格率达到90%以上,完成了合同交付,达到了热轧超薄、超宽2205系双相不锈钢船板极限规格批量生产。
Aiming at the problems of poor shape and low success rate of hot rolling of ultra-thin and ultra-wide limit specification stainless steel, the restrictive factors of hot rolling limit specification of ultra-thin and ultra-wide 2205 series duplex stainless steel ship plate rolled by 3 300 mm finishing mill are analyzed. The hot rolling of ultra-thin and ultra-wide is successfully realized by optimizing blank design, blank heating process, rolling process and equipment functional accuracy guarantee. The rolling of ultra-thin and ultra-wide 2205 series duplex stainless steel ship plate with the limit specification has made the qualified rate of hot-rolled plate shape reach more than 90%, completed the contract delivery, and achieved the batch production of ultra-thin and ultra-wide 2205 series duplex stainless steel ship plate with the limit specification.
