窄矿柱沿空巷道顶煤变形控制及支护应用

摘要 基于综放采空区巷道围岩结构特征,建立顶板变形控制力学模型,运用Winkler弹性地基梁模型,推导出煤层顶板凹陷曲线解析解;在此基础上,计算不同支护强度、窄柱宽度和刚度条件下的顶煤凹陷值,并分析凹陷值与支护强度、窄柱宽度和刚度三者的关系;结合实际情况,确定顶煤控制参数,提出具体支护方案。通过现场验证得出,该方案可靠、有效,为综放工作面沿空回采巷道顶煤变形控制提供了理论指导。 Based on the structural characteristics of roadway surrounding rock in fully mechanized top coal caving goaf,the mechanical model of roof deformation control is established, and the analytical solution of coal seam roof depression curve is derived by using Winkler elastic foundation beam model. On this basis, the top coal depression value under different support strength, narrow column width and stiffness is calculated, and the relationship between the depression value and support strength, narrow column width and stiffness is analyzed. Combined with the actual situation, the top coal control parameters are determined, and the specific support scheme is put forward. The field verification shows that the scheme is reliable and effective, which provides theoretical guidance for the top coal deformation control of goaf mining roadway in fully mechanized top coal caving face.
