摘要
针对重介质选煤自动化控制技术中存在工艺参数预测与测灰仪反馈控制不准确、智能控制不完善的问题,运用重介质密度预测控制的方法进行研究分析,通过分析控制过程中存在的问题,对灰分仪进行校正分析,运用最小二乘支持向量机的方法进行密度预测,并将重介质悬浮液密度控制器进行完善,从而完成了重介质选煤技术密度预测的研究。通过仿真分析发现,灰分仪与重介质密度预测较为准确,可应用于实际生产之中。
Aiming at the problems of inaccurate process parameter prediction and feedback control of ash meter and imperfect intelligent control in the automatic control technology of heavy medium coal preparation, the method of heavy medium density predictive control is proposed for research and analysis. By analyzing the problems existing in the control process, the ash meter is corrected and analyzed. The least square support vector machine method is used for density prediction, and the density controller of heavy medium suspension is improved, so the research on density prediction of heavy medium coal preparation technology is completed. Through simulation analysis, it is found that the ash meter and heavy medium density prediction are more accurate and can be applied to practical production.
