摘要
为实现放顶煤的高效开采,对厚煤层的放顶煤开采过程中相应的工艺参数进行研究。确定相应的预裂参数,以提高煤层的冒放性,设定采放比为1∶2.5,满足放顶煤开采的安全要求;对采煤步距及放煤方式分别进行模拟分析,确定放煤步距为0.8 m,采用采一放一的方式进行开采,顶煤的回收率为85.6%,采用多次顺序放煤方式进行放煤,顶煤的放出率为85.3%。
In order to realize the efficient mining of top coal caving, the corresponding process parameters in the mining process of top coal caving in thick coal seam are studied. The corresponding pre-splitting parameters are determined to improve the caving ability of coal seam, and the mining and caving ratio is set as 1∶2.5 to meet the safety requirements of top coal caving mining. The coal mining step and coal caving method are simulated and analyzed respectively. It is determined that the coal caving step is 0.8 m. The method of mining one by one is adopted for mining,and the recovery rate of top coal is 85.6%. The method of multiple sequential coal caving is adopted for coal caving,and the top coal caving rate is 85.3%.
