In order to establish and improve the collaborative working system and mechanism of iron front integration and steel rear integration, this paper focuses on cost reduction, take cost reduction measures in many ways, and use technical means to digest the adverse factors of production, take reducing iron cost as the leader, and make concerted efforts in each process, so that each process can achieve good results in reducing cost and maximize benefit.
