摘要
为提升钒钛磁铁矿冶炼的经济效益,研究了降低钒钛磁铁矿冶炼燃料比的技术措施的必要性,并从原料精细化、高风温技术、控制湿度、控制冶炼强度、提高w(CO_(2))、提高压力、选择低硅铁以及减少热量损失八个角度提出了切实可行的解决措施,最后从运营管理的维度及科技含量的先进性和技术设备的优化配制两个角度对管理体系的建设做出了畅想,以期对相关产业发展起到一定的推动作用。
In order to improve the economic benefits of vanadium titanomagnetite smelting, the necessity of technical measures to reduce the fuel ratio of vanadium titanomagnetite smelting is studied, and practical solutions are put forward from eight aspects: raw material refinement, high air temperature technology, humidity control, smelting intensity control, increasing w(CO_(2)), increasing pressure, selecting low ferrosilicon and reducing heat loss. Finally, from the two dimensions of operation management dimension, advanced technology content and optimization of technical equipment,this paper prospects the construction of management system to promote the development of related industries.
