摘要
通过对影响铁水优质率原因的分析,明确了需要改进的地方,并结合实际情况提出了改善煤气流分布、热制度定位、改善原燃料质量等措施。通过这些措施有效地提高了1 250 m^(3)高炉提高铁水优质率,可以为铁水生产提供借鉴。
Through the analysis of the reasons affecting the high quality rate of molten iron, the areas that need to btion, the measures such as improving the distribution of gas flow, positioning of thermal system and improving the quality of raw fuel are put forward. Through these measures, the quality rate of molten iron in 1 250 m^(3)blast furnace is effectively improved, which can provide reference for molten iron production.
