摘要 汉钢铁-钢衔接实行“一罐到底”组织模式,即把高炉出铁场的铁水罐与到炼钢转炉兑铁水的铁水罐合二为一,节省了转炉炼钢的铁水包,减少了铁水二次倒罐环节和铁水温降,降低了运行成本,减轻了环境污染,经过生产实践,铁水罐直装率常态化达到100%,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。 The“one can to the end”organization mode is implemented in Hanzhong Iron and Steel, that is, the molten iron tank in the blast furnace tapping yard is combined with the molten iron tank in the steelmaking converter, which saves the molten iron ladle in the converter steelmaking, reduces the secondary pouring of molten iron and the temperature drop of molten iron, reduces the operation cost and the environmental pollution. After production practice, the normalization of direct charging rate of molten iron tank has reached 100%, and good economic and social benefits have been achieved.
