喷号机器人系统与连铸工艺联锁设计

摘要 为了提高连铸钢坯喷号作业的安全性和可靠性,设计将喷号机器人系统与连铸工艺结合,在常规喷号机的基础上增加多项改进措施,进一步提高喷号机应对复杂恶劣环境的能力,同时提出对喷号机器人系统与连铸系统进行联锁设计,完善连铸系统部分设备的控制流程,保证生产顺行和设备安全。实践证明,该系统稳定可靠,适合在同类场合应用和推广。 In order to improve the safety and reliability of continuous casting spraying operation, the spraying robot system is combined with continuous casting process, and a number of improvement measures are added on the basis of spraying machine to further improve the ability of the spraying robot system to deal with complex and harsh environment. At the same time, the interlocking design of the spraying robot system and continuous casting system is proposed to improve the control process of continuous casting system equipment and ensure smooth production and equipment safety. The practice proves that the system is stable and reliable, and it is suitable for application and popularization in the same situation.
