解决3号高炉喷碱脱水塔问题的实践

摘要 某公司3号高炉煤气煤气管道冷凝水pH长期在3以下,对煤气管道造成一定腐蚀,并存在安全隐患。经过运用六西格玛方法初步查找问题点并改善,并在合适时机对脱水塔、水封和喷枪漏点、喷淋形势等进行整改,最终高炉煤气冷凝水pH值保持在7左右,避免了对后续管道及附件的腐蚀,保证生产稳定。 The pH of condensate in the gas pipeline of No.3 blast furnace of a company is below 3 for a long time,which causes certain corrosion to the gas pipeline and has potential safety hazards. After using the Six Sigma method to preliminarily find and improve the problem points, and rectify the leakage points of dehydration tower, water seal and spray gun and spraying situation at an appropriate time, the pH value of blast furnace gas condensate is maintained at about 7, which avoids the corrosion of subsequent pipes and accessories and ensures the stability of production.
