为有效提高镀锌板表面质量,实现公司产品质量提升,树立良好品牌,提升公司产品竞争力,对镀锌表面质量提升及优化进行研究,通过使用六西格玛精益管理DMAIC方法、PDCA攻关方法等过程控制方法对工序工艺及设备现场进行改善优化,降低了不合格产品发生量,节省了原料成本,保障了产线稳定生产,创造了较大效益。

In order to effectively improve the surface quality of galvanized sheet, improve the product quality of the company, establish a good brand and enhance the competitiveness of the company’s products, the improvement and optimization of galvanized surface quality are studied. Through the use of Six Sigma Lean Management DMAIC method,PDCA breakthrough method and other process control methods to improve and optimize the process technology and equipment on site, the occurrence of unqualified products is reduced, the raw material cost is saved, the stable production of the production line is guaranteed, and great benefits are created.
