摘要
综放开采具有产量高、效益显著等优点,但受开采方式影响采空区内遗煤量较大,采空区遗煤自燃发火危险性较高,如何避免采空遗煤自燃是综放工作面开采时需要重点解决的问题。采用综合安全保障技术是实现降低采空区遗煤自燃危险的重要举措。为此,对现阶段矿井常用的防灭火技术展开分析,并以5306综放工作面回采为工程实例,对综合安全保障技术应用效果进行分析。研究成果可为其他矿井综合防灭火工作开展提供借鉴。
Fully mechanized top coal caving mining has the advantages of high output and remarkable benefits, but affected by the mining mode, the amount of coal left in the goaf is large, and the risk of spontaneous combustion of coal left in the goaf is high. How to avoid spontaneous combustion of coal left in the goaf is a key problem to be solved in the mining of fully mechanized top coal caving face. Adopting comprehensive safety guarantee technology is an important measure to reduce the risk of spontaneous combustion of residual coal in goaf. Therefore, this paper analyzes the common fire prevention and extinguishing technologies in mines at the present stage, and analyzes the application effect of comprehensive safety guarantee technology by taking the mining of 5306 fully mechanized top coal caving face as an engineering example. The research results can provide reference for the development of comprehensive fire prevention and extinguishing work in other mines.
