摘要
针对东曲煤矿采动影响区、软弱岩层、深部和构造带等条件下的巷道支护和维护极其困难的情况,基于18311工作面实际工程地质条件和以往工程实施措施及应用效果,选取该工作面进行新型注浆体系替代超前单体支护试验,即以“中空注浆螺旋锚杆+中空注浆矿用锚索”支护技术为核心,通过高强、全方位、深浅全面注浆加固围岩的设计,确保工程的稳定性,从而提升巷道通风和运输能力,降低后期煤巷维修成本。
In view of the extremely difficult roadway support and maintenance under the conditions of mining affected area, weak rock stratum, deep and structural belt in Dongqu coal mine, based on the actual engineering geological conditions of 18311 working face and the previous engineering implementation measures and application effects, this working face is selected for the test of new grouting system instead of advanced single support, that is, with the support technology of "hollow grouting screw bolt+hollow grouting mining anchor cable" as the core, the design of surrounding rock reinforcement through high-strength, all-round and deep and shallow grouting ensures the stability of the project,so as to improve the ventilation and transportation capacity of the roadway and reduce the maintenance cost of the later coal roadway.
