摘要
鉴于小煤柱工作面在回采过程中受回采应力、回采工艺等影响,小煤柱出现片帮、帮鼓、底鼓等现象,分析了传统小煤柱工作面煤柱失稳机理,根据实际情况提出了“穿拉锚索+支设T型钢棚”联合支护设计,并对其可行性进行分析。应用该支护后,保证了15310小煤柱工作面后期的安全高效回采,提高了小煤柱整体稳定性。
In view of the influence of mining stress and mining technology on the small coal pillar working face in the mining process, the phenomena of small coal pillar such as sidewall, sidewall drum and bottom drum are analyzed, the coal pillar instability mechanism of the traditional small coal pillar working face is analyzed, the combined support design of“threading anchor cable + supporting T-shaped steel shed”is put forward according to the actual situation, and its feasibility is analyzed. The application of this support ensures the safe and efficient mining in the later stage of 15310 small coal pillar working face, and improves the overall stability of small coal pillar.
