摘要
针对近距离煤层巷道掘进过程中效率低、安全性差的不足,提出了一种新的近距离煤层巷道掘进管控策略,在进行掘进时采用了分层留底掘进方案,同时利用人工复合底板施工、U型钢联合密集支护的方案提升了近距离煤层巷道掘进时的支护效率和可靠性。根据在井下的实际应用可知,该方案有效地提升了井下巷道掘进效率,将巷道围岩变形量降低了79.3%,将掘进效率提升了11.8%。
In view of the shortcomings of low efficiency and poor safety in the process of short-distance coal seam roadway excavation, a new control strategy for short-distance coal seam roadway excavation is proposed. The layered bottom excavation scheme is adopted in the excavation. At the same time, the scheme of artificial composite floor construction and U-steel combined intensive support is used to improve the support efficiency and reliability in short-distance coal seam roadway excavation. According to the practical application in underground, the scheme effectively improves the tunneling efficiency of underground roadway, reduces the deformation of roadway surrounding rock by 79.3% and improves the tunneling efficiency by 11.8%.
