摘要
车辆油耗仿真作为整车性能开发的基础,已经成为性能开发前期评估车辆性能的主要手段。为了提升车辆油耗仿真的精度,对影响油耗仿真精度的因素进行了分析。对发动机万有特性数据的数据密度、仿真步长和电机效率数据分别进行分析,通过对多组数据分别进行实际仿真并分析数据,得出了各个因素对油耗结果的实际影响效果,可以为油耗仿真精度分析作定量参考。
Fuel consumption simulation has become the main means of vehicle performance evaluation in the early stage of vehicle development.In order to improve the accuracy of vehicle fuel consumption simulation,the factors affecting the accuracy of fuel consumption simulation are analyzed.The data density,simulation step size and motor efficiency data of engine universal characteristic data are analyzed respectively.Through the actual simulation and analysis of multiple groups of data,the actual influence effect of various factors on fuel consumption results is obtained,which can be used as a quantitative reference for the accuracy analysis of fuel consumption simulation.
