中职汽修专业实施1+X证书制度的困境与建议

Predicament and Suggestion of Implementing 1+X Certificate System in Secondary Vocational Auto Repair Major

基于国家推行“学历证书+若干职业技能等级证书”的决心,职业院校在中职汽修专业课程建设中引入1+X证书制度,是深化复合型技能人才培养模式改革的一项重要举措,有助于提升专业群课程建设的引领与示范作用,从实践出发提高中职生的操作能力和就业能力。然而,目前部分试点院校在职业技能等级证书的宣传和定位、内容制定和授课主体、教学实践和评价考核等方面还存在阻碍因素,面对技能等级证书的遴选标准和发放主体、课证融合形式和实践手段、优质师资队伍建设、评价方式和考核方式等具体问题,亟需推行深度融合、优化实践手段、落实主体责任等措施,推进1+X证书制度建设的进程。

Based on China’s determination to implement “academic certificate + several vocational skill grade certificates”,the introduction of 1+X certificate system in vocational colleges in the construction of secondary vocational auto repair courses is an important part of deepening the reform of compound skilled personnel training mode.The measures will help to improve the leading and demonstration role of the curriculum construction of professional groups,and improve the operational ability and employability of secondary vocational students from the perspective of practice.However,at present,some pilot colleges and universities still have obstacles in the promotion and positioning of vocational skill grade certificates,content formulation and teaching subjects,teaching practice and evaluation and assessment.Specific issues such as form and practical means,construction of high-quality teachers,evaluation methods and assessment methods,urgently need to implement measures such as in-depth integration,optimization of practical means,and implementation of subject responsibilities,and promote the process of building a 1+X certificate system.
