高职实验室精细化管理的探索与研究——以嘉兴职业技术学院跨企业培训中心为例

Exploration and Research on Fine Management of Higher Vocational Laboratory——Taking the Cross Enterprise Training Center of Jiaxing Vocational and Technical College as an Example

高校实验教学和科研工作的顺利开展与安全高效的实验室管理密切相关。当下高校实验室相关管理要求愈来愈多,针对这些管理要求并结合嘉兴职业技术学院跨企业培训中心实际情况,分析了当前环境下实验室管理存在的问题,并从机床、人员、材料等5个方面对管理工作进行探索,提出了实验室精细化管理模式。分析发现,在实验室精细化管理模式下,实验课的效率逐渐提高,实验设备的损失逐渐下降,课程准备更加简易,实验的师生满意度逐渐增强,实验室的安全获得了保障。

The smooth development of experimental teaching and scientific research in Colleges and universities is closely related to safe and efficient laboratory management.At present,there are more and more relevant management requirements for university laboratories.In view of these management requirements and combined with the actual situation of cross enterprise training center of Jiaxing Vocational and technical college,this paper analyzes the problems existing in laboratory management in the current environment,explores the management work from five aspects of machine tools,personnel and materials,and puts forward the fine management mode of laboratory.It is found that under the fine management mode of the laboratory,the efficiency of the experimental course is gradually improved,the loss of experimental equipment is gradually reduced,the course preparation is simpler,the satisfaction of teachers and students is gradually enhanced,and the safety of the laboratory is guaranteed.
