摘要 随着“互联网+教育”模式逐渐成熟,混合式教学逐渐得到技工院校数控专业教师认可,教师们纷纷开始探索“线上+线下”教学模式,提升学生数控设备操作能力。技工院校数控车工专业教师要结合学生综合素养来设计混合式教学方案,重点讲解数控设备操作技能,运用微课讲解数控机床、铣床和镗床等编程和操作难点,利用雨课堂开展线上教学,引导学生进行线上模拟操作,优化传统数控车工实训方法,为学生系统性讲解数控车工岗位技能,提升技工院校数控专业学生就业竞争力。 With the gradual maturation of the "internet plus education" mode,blended teaching is gradually recognized by the CNC professional teachers in technical colleges and universities.Teachers are beginning to explore the online + offline teaching mode to enhance the operation ability of students numerical control equipment.Teachers majoring in NC lathe work in technical colleges should design a hybrid teaching scheme in combination with students’ comprehensive quality,focus on the operation skills of NC equipment,use micro courses to explain the programming and operation difficulties of NC machine tools,milling machines and boring machines,use rain classroom to carry out online teaching,guide students to carry out online simulation operation,optimize the traditional NC lathe work training methods,systematically explain the post skills of NC lathe workers for students,and improve the employment competitiveness of NC majors in technical colleges.
