“RCEP”背景下民办高校车辆工程专业应用型人才培养模式的创新研究

Innovative Research on Talent Training Mode of Applied Type of Vehicle Engineering Major in Private Colleges and Universities under the Background of “RCEP”

RCEP协议的签署是我国铁路发展的一个重要机遇期,在铁路高速发展人才供需变化的关口,如何培养铁路应用型人才是高校与铁路需共同解决的问题。应用型本科是以重点培养学生的实践能力为办学目标,不是只注重学习理论和科研为办学定位的本科院校。民办高校以培养应用型人才为目标,教导学生理念的具体体现的就是应用型人才培养模式,但目前未形成系统的高校应用型人才培养模式,故针对民办高校车辆工程专业应用型人才培养模式研究其构成要素,包括专业定位、培养目标、毕业要求、培养方案等,在基本的人才培养模式的基础上对车辆工程专业应用型人才培养模式进行改革,最终形成较完善的应用型人才培养的创新模式。

The signing of RCEP agreement is an important opportunity period for China’s railway development.At the juncture of the rapid development of railway and the change of talent supply and demand,how to cultivate railway application-oriented talents is a problem that colleges and universities and railways need to solve together.Application-oriented undergraduate is an undergraduate college with the goal of focusing on cultivating students’ practical ability,not only focusing on learning theory and scientific research.Private colleges and universities aim to cultivate applied talents,and the specific embodiment of the concept of teaching students is the application-oriented talent training mode.However,at present,there is no systematic application-oriented talent training mode in colleges and universities.Therefore,aiming at the application-oriented talent training mode of vehicle engineering specialty in private colleges and universities,this paper studies its constituent elements,including professional orientation,training objectives,graduation requirements,training scheme,etc.On the basis of the basic talent training mode,the applied talent training mode of vehicle engineering specialty is reformed,and finally form a more perfect innovative mode of applied talent training.
