基于发展性评价的混合式教学质量评价体系研究

Research on Hybrid Teaching Quality Evaluation System Based on Developmental Evaluation

教育部高度重视教学质量评价体系改革,同时混合式教学模式作为高职专业教学改革的热点受到广泛认可,但混合式教学质量评价体系的滞后严重影响了该模式的教学质量。文章从混合式课程教学的过程入手,分析各阶段评价要点;综合选取多元化评价主体,扩大评价内容,增加相对评价和绝对评价相结合的方式适应学生的个体差异,最后通过优化现有评价指标体系,形成适合混合式教学质量评价指标。

The Ministry of education attaches great importance to the reform of the teaching quality evaluation system.At the same time,the mixed teaching mode has been widely recognized as the hot spot of the teaching reform of higher vocational majors,but the lag of the mixed teaching quality evaluation system has seriously affected the teaching quality of this mode.Starting with the process of mixed curriculum teaching,this paper analyzes the key points of evaluation in each stage,comprehensively selects diversified evaluation subjects,expands the evaluation content,and increases the combination of relative evaluation and absolute evaluation to adapt to the individual differences of students.Finally,by optimizing the existing evaluation index system,a suitable mixed teaching quality evaluation index is formed.
