一种节能型生猪转运车方案设计

Scheme Design of an Energy-saving Pig Transfer Vehicle

伴随着工业的发展,生态环境面临着巨大的威胁。我们不但要研究新能源,还要开发新的节能方式,同时达成科技环保的目的,并且节约成本。本文研究设计一款生猪转运车,包括生猪运输车厢设计,车厢顶部加装太阳能发电板的设计,以达到减少了标准煤的使用的目的,为节能减排事业添砖加瓦。同时配有自动喂养、升降功能,自带喷淋、空气过滤、喂水、温控等系统的设计。

With the development of industry,the ecological environment is facing a great threat.Not only should new energy sources be studied,but also new energy-saving methods should be developed,so as to achieve the purpose of science,technology and environmental protection,and save costs.This paper studies and designs a pig transfer vehicle,including the design of pig transport carriage and the design of adding solar power panel on the top of the carriage,so as to reduce the use of standard coal and contribute to the cause of energy conservation and emission reduction.At the same time,it is equipped with automatic feeding and lifting functions,with the design of sprinkler,air filtration,water feeding,temperature control and other systems.
