城市轨道交通系统超常超强运行风险分析及对策研究

摘要 为积极应对复产复工复学后大客流相叠加的形势,地铁公司通过管理创新,制定了一系列超常超强措施,优化资源配置、强化客流调度、精准投放运力。自2020年3月23日起,陆续在昌平线、八通线等13条线路实施加强版运营图,采取增加车辆投放、多交路套跑、客流调度等超常超强措施,最大程度降低高峰时段站车满载率,提高乘客乘车安全舒适性。超常超强措施的安全有序运行,对行车安全、车辆设备可靠性、客运组织和应急保障能力等提出了更高要求。 In order to actively cope with the superposition of large passenger flows after the resumption of production and work,the subway company has formulated a series of extraordinary and super-strong measures through management innovation to optimize resource allocation,strengthen passenger flow scheduling,and accurately deploy transportation capacity.Since March 23,2020,the enhanced operation map has been successively implemented on 13 lines including Changping Line and Batong Line,and super-normal and super-strong measures such as increased vehicle delivery,multi-pass road races,and passenger flow scheduling have been adopted to minimize peak hours.The full load rate of the station trains during the time period improves the safety and comfort of passengers.The safe and orderly operation of extraordinary and super-strong measures has put forward higher requirements for driving safety,vehicle equipment reliability,passenger transportation organization and emergency support capabilities.
