高校青年教师党员意识形态教育探析

高校是加强党的意识形态工作的主要场所,是传播中国特色社会主义思想的重要阵地。青年教师党员作为高校的骨干力量,其思想的先进性直接关系高校的育人水平。随着高校教师结构的年轻化,青年教师党员在带动教师群体、推进高校改革发展中发挥了越来越重要的先锋作用,其思想状况也越来越多地影响到校园文化及学生政治意识建设。因此高校要高度重视青年教师党员意识形态工作,教育引导其坚定理想信念,在立德树人工作中传播正能量,把党的教育方针扎实贯彻到工作实践中。

Colleges and universities are the main places to strengthen the ideological work of the Party and the important positions to spread the thought of Socialism with Chinese characteristics.As the backbone of universities,the advanced nature of young teachers is directly related to the level of education.With the younger structure of teaching faculty,young teacher party members can play a more and more pioneering role in promoting the reform and development of colleges and universities,and their ideological status can more and more influence the construction of campus culture and the formation of college students’ political consciousness.Party organizations at all levels in colleges and universities should attach great importance to the ideological work of party members among young teachers,educate and guide them to firm their ideals and beliefs,spread positive energy in the work of moral education,and solidly implement the Party’s educational policy into work practice.
