加强基层党组织建设是夯实党在边境地区的执政基础,是团结和带领群众提高边境治理能力现代化、推动边境经济社会繁荣发展、促进民族安定团结的关键。然而近年来边境地区出现了法治能力薄弱、党员教育方式单一、基层基础保障能力较弱等问题,对此需引起高度重视并寻求解决路径,从而不断提高边境地区基层党组织建设的科学化水平,强化其政治功能和组织力,充分发挥其战斗堡垒作用。

Strengthening the construction of primary-level Party organizations is vital to consolidate the ruling foundation of the Party in border areas,to unite and lead the people for the modernization of the governance ability of border areas,to promote the economic and social prosperity and development of border areas,and to promote national stability and unity.In recent years,there are some problems in border areas,including the weak ability of rule of law,the single way of education for Party members,and the weak ability of basic guarantee at primary level.Great attention should be paid and solutions should be found to constantly improve the scientific level of the construction of primary-level Party organizations in border areas,strengthen the political function and organizational power of primary-level Party organizations,and give full play to the role of battle fortresses of primary-level Party organizations in border areas.
