摘要
智能机器人在给人类带来便利的同时也带来了新的伦理问题。如智能机器人的道德主体性和对人类尊严的威胁、价值判断与责任认定、对个人隐私和社会的冲击等都展现了其“双刃剑”的特性。为应对智能机器人带来的伦理问题,我们要确保对其绝对控制,在技术研发中坚持伦理观念“外化于物”与“内化于心”,充分发挥制度约束与政策引导作用。
Intelligent robots not only bring convenience to human beings,but also new ethical problems.For example,the moral subjectivity and the threat to human dignity,the value judgment and responsibility identification,and the impact of intelligent robots on personal privacy and society all show the “double-edged sword” characteristics of intelligent robots.Human beings need to ensure the absolute control of intelligent robots,adhere to the “externalization” and “Internalization” of science and technology ethics in technology research and development,and give full play to the role of system and policy constraints and guidance in management.
