Research on the Comprehensive Development of Medical Students,Employability Through Practice Education

医学类高校作为培育医学类人才成长、成才的主阵地,承担着为国家培养医药卫生事业建设者的重要使命。然而随着高等教育的推进和普及,医学生的就业压力日益凸显。为缓解学生就业压力,提升其综合能力,将办学理念与宗旨--培养“德高医粹”人才与一体化“大思政”改革战略紧密对接,不断创新人才培养模式、改进工作方法,在引导学生树立良好就业价值观的同时,强化实践育人深度与广度,以实践育人促进学生职业发展。

Medical universities play an important role in cultivating medical talents for bio-medical health-related working system.Medical students are facing increasing employment pressure,though.With the aim to relieve the employment pressure through promoting their comprehensive employability,this paper puts forward a concept of practice education,which includes the cultivation of medical talents with ethics and skills,the reform strategy of course-based moral education,the innovation of talents education modes,the improvement of specific approached to education,and the proper guidance of employment values and professional development.
