土地与产区——论临海蜜橘的“产区”建构

Land and Production Area:On the Construction of Production Area of Linhai Tangerine

在农产品的生产过程中,土地一直被作为一种重要的生产资料来进行分析。但在“产区”概念被一再炒作的当今农产品交易市场,土地在作为生产资料之外,承担了更多的文化、经济与政治的象征意义。这样的象征意义,在市场的包装下同农产品的品质产生了紧密的联系,并极大程度地影响了农产品市场的价格体系。本文通过对浙江省临海市蜜橘交易的经验材料进行分析,揭示了文化、经济与政治的象征意涵如何附着于土地之上,并以土地概念为载体进入市场,从而呈现了“物”如何与人事混融的行动过程。并提出了审视土地在农业生产中作用的新视角。

In the production process of agricultural products,land has been analyzed as an important means of production.,Howeverin modern agricultural market,where the concept of“producing areas”has been repeatedly hypedland has assumed more cultural,economic and political symbolic meaning besides just a production.Such symbolic meaning has a close relationship with the quality of agricultural products under the market,and greatly af,fects the price system of agricultural market.Based on the empirical analysis of tangerine trading in Linhai cityZhejiang Province,this paper reveals how the symbolic meanings of culture,economy and politics attach to the land,and enter the market with the concept of land as the carrier,thus presenting the action process of how“things”are mixed with human,proposing a new perspective on the role of land in agricultural production.
