摘要
就BIM技术而言,一般是借助三维数字技术,对工程涉及的一系列信息开展汇总处理,构建相应的数字模型,从而更好地对设计及施工等环节开展管理。根据建筑生命周期来看,BIM技术在各个环节中都发挥着关键性的作用,科学应用BIM技术,有助于缩减施工工期,减少投资成本。基于此,文章首先探讨BIM技术概况,包括定义及全生命周期等,接着对技术的应用价值进行分析,在此基础上,探讨BIM技术在工程管理中的具体应用,以期为有关人士提供借鉴。
As far as BIM technology is concerned,generally,with the help of three-dimensional digital technology,a series of information involved in the project is summarized and processed,and the corresponding digital model is constructed,so as to better manage the design and construction and other links.According to the life cycle of the building,BIM technology plays a key role in each link.The scientific application of BIM technology will help to reduce the construction period and reduce the investment cost.Based on this,this paper first discusses the general situation of BIM technology,including the definition and the whole life cycle,then analyzes the application value of the technology,and on this basis,discusses the specific application of BIM technology in project management,in order to provide reference for the people concerned.
