湖北省高职院校中外合作办学的问题与思考——以黄冈职业技术学院为例 被引量:1

摘要 国内高职院校办学历史不长,但不论是在数量还是质量上都有显著提升。为了进一步提升办学水平,很多院校选择职业教育发达国家,举办中外合作办学,引进国外先进的教育资源和理念。通过对湖北高职院校合作办学情况分析发现,由于生源结构、资金投入、办学规模等因素,很多合作办学项目存在不少问题,办学效果不明显。要解决这些问题,应自上而下从政策、监管、学校自身各个层面进行全面改革;改革成功,才能促进中外合作办学项目健康发展。 The history of running higher vocational colleges in China is not long, but it has been significantly improved in both quantity and quality. In order to further improve the level of running schools, many colleges and universities choose countries with developed vocational education, hold Sino-foreign cooperative schools with foreign colleges and universities, and introduce foreign advanced educational resources and ideas. Through the analysis of the cooperative running of higher vocational colleges in Hubei Province, it is found that due to the factors such as student source structure, capital investment and school running scale, many cooperative running projects have many problems, and the school running effect is not obvious. To solve these problems, we should carry out comprehensive reform from top to bottom, from the aspects of policy, supervision and the school itself. Only the successful reform can promote the healthy development of Sino-foreign cooperative school running projects.
