随着老龄化进程的加速,我国人口结构出现深刻转型,老年人口增多,比例扩大,已成为社会现实,犯罪分子将老年人视作侵害的重要目标,产生了许多涉老诈骗犯罪。涉老诈骗犯罪具有链条化、隐匿化、经营化特点,侵害老年人的财产、健康和家庭关系,动摇尊老爱老的社会风尚。对涉老诈骗犯罪的现状、特点、类型进行分析,提出侵害视角下犯罪分子的目标选择动因和被害视角下老年人的三重需求,是涉老诈骗犯罪的重要成因。了解涉老诈骗犯罪成因,对于打击治理具有重要意义。

With the acceleration of the aging process, China’s population structure has undergone a profound transformation. The increase and proportion of the elderly population has become a social reality. Criminals regard the elderly as an important target of infringement, resulting in many fraud crimes involving the elderly. The crime of fraud involving the elderly has the characteristics of chain, concealment and operation, which infringes on the property, health and family relations of the elderly, and shakes the social trend of respecting and loving the elderly.This paper analyzes the current situation, characteristics and types of fraud involving the elderly, and puts forward that the target selection motivation of criminals from the perspective of infringement and the triple needs of the elderly from the perspective of victimization are the important causes of fraud involving the elderly. Understanding the causes of fraud involving the elderly is of great significance for combating governance.
