Design of Student Work Management System Based on Data Visualization

学生管理是高职院校立德树人的重要环节。随着高职院校学工管理工作任务日益加重,设计适合工作需求的信息化系统非常必要。本文从高职院校学生管理信息化程度不高、信息化系统不适用、系统设计重PC端轻移动端、数据可视化支持不足、缺乏对疫情防控工作支持等问题切入,围绕高职院校学生管理的使命和目标,提出微信小程序与WEB系统协同、数据可视化的学工管理系统设计,有利于减少管理人力消耗,提高学生信息准确率,提升学生管理工作效率和科学决策水平,推动院校管理数智化。

The student management is an important part of establishing morality and cultivating people in higher vocational colleges. With the increasing task of student work management in higher vocational colleges, it is very necessary to design an information system suitable for work needs. Starting from the problems of low informatization of student management in higher vocational colleges, inapplicability of informatization system, system design emphasizing PC terminal over mobile terminal, insufficient data visualization support and lack of support for epidemic prevention and control, and focusing on the mission and objectives of student management in higher vocational colleges, this paper puts forward the design of student management system with collaboration between We-chat applet and web system and data visualization, which is conducive to reducing the consumption of management manpower, improve the accuracy of student information, promote the efficiency of student management and the level of scientific decision-making, and enhance the digital intelligence of college management.
