农村水利信息化与现代化建设

发展农业必然离不开发展农村水利,只有水利措施跟得上,农业才能满足我国振兴乡村的现实需求。水利工程是利国利民的百年基业,是实现农村富裕、农业生产提高的重要举措,也是实现老百姓安居乐业的有力保证。随着我国科技的进步,农村也开始大兴水利,通过搭建信息化、网络化、现代化的水利工程,助力农村水利事业的现代化发展。此外农村实施水利信息化和现代化建设还可以推进农业深度节水控水,通过提升用水效率、发展旱作农业来稳定粮食播种面积,使我国农业取得更加突出发展成果。文章对农村水利信息化与现代化进行阐述,并通过分析农村水利现代化现状,提出其未来建设策略。

The development of agriculture is inseparable from the development of rural water conservancy,for only when water conservancy measures are taken,can agriculture meet the needs of rural revitalization in China.Water conservancy project is a century-old foundation for the benefit of the country and the people,an important measure to realize the prosperity of rural areas and the improvement of agricultural production,and a strong guarantee for the people to be able to live and work in peace and contentment.With the progress of science and technology in China,water conservancy has also begun to flourish in rural areas,through the construction of information,networking and modern water conservancy projects,which has promoted the modernized development of rural water conservancy.In addition,the implementation of water conservancy informatization and modernization in rural areas can also promote agricultural water saving and water control,stabilize grain sowing area by improving water use efficiency and developing dry farming agriculture,and make China's agriculture achieve more outstanding development results.This paper mainly expounds the informatization and modernization of rural water conservancy,and puts forward its future construction strategy by analyzing the current situation of rural water conservancy modernization.
