摘要
通过整合课程资源,搭建“1+1”教师团队,在大学生心理健康教育课程中探索沉浸式混合教学模式,并以“大学生生命教育与心理危机应对”为例进行教学设计。通过问卷星和访谈方式对教学改革效果进行反馈,结果显示:新的教学模式能够充分调动学生参与课堂活动的能动性,培养探究式学习能力,是实践—感知—思考和身体—心理—灵魂等共同参与的整体学习和有效学习。
Exploring the mixed teaching mode based on immersion in college students ‘mental health education by integrating the curriculum resources and building the “1 + 1” teacher team,and taking the example of “life education and psychological crisis response” asteaching design.The feedback effect of the teaching reform is carriedon through the questionnaire star and the interview way.The survey shows that the new teaching model can fully mobilize the initiative of students to participate in classroom activities and cultivate the ability of inquiry learning.It is a holistic learning and effective learning that involves practice-perception-thinking and physical-psycho-logy-soul.
