耳穴埋豆配合精细化护理对慢性鼻窦炎患者术后疼痛和康复质量的影响

Effect of auricular acupoint pressing with beans combined with refined nursing on postoperative pain and rehabilitation quality of patients with chronic sinusitis

目的探究耳穴埋豆配合精细化护理对慢性鼻窦炎患者术后疼痛和康复质量的影响。方法选取2019年6月至2020年10月于聊城市人民医院就诊的186例慢性鼻窦炎患者,采用随机数字表法分入对照组(n=93)和观察组(n=93)。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者采用耳穴埋豆配合精细化护理。比较2组患者的术后疼痛程度、嗅觉功能恢复情况、术后康复质量和并发症发生率。结果出院时和术后1个月,2组的现时疼痛程度(PPI)得分均显著低于同组术后2d(P均<0.05),且观察组的PPI得分均显著低于同期对照组(P均<0.05)。出院时和术后3个月,2组的康乃狄克化学感觉临床研究中心嗅功能检查法(CCCRC)得分均显著高于同组入院时(P均<0.05),且观察组均显著高于同期对照组(P均<0.05)。术后3个月,2组的恢复质量量表(Qo R-15)各维度得分均显著高于同组出院时(P均<0.05),且观察组均显著高于对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组的术后并发症总发生率为3.23%,显著低于对照组的10.75%(P<0.05)。结论耳穴埋豆配合精细化护理能够有效缓解慢性鼻窦炎患者的术后疼痛,促进其嗅觉功能恢复,提高术后康复质量,降低术后并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the effect of auricular acupoint pressing with beans and refined nursing on postoperative pain and rehabilitation quality of patients with chronic sinusitis.Methods A total of186patients with chronic sinusitis who were admitted to Liaocheng People.s Hospital from June2019to October2020were selected and divided into a control group(n=93)and an observation group(n=93)by using a random number table.The patients in the control group received routine nursing,and the patients in the observation group received auricular acupoint pressing with beans combined with refined nursing.The intensity of postoperative pain,recovery of olfactory function,quality of postoperative rehabilitation and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results At discharge and1month after surgery,the present pain intensity(PPI)scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those at2days after surgery(all P<0.05),and the PPI scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(both P<0.05).At discharge and3months after surgery,the Connecticut Chemosensory Clinical Research Center(CCCRC)olfactory test scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those at admission(all P<0.05),and the CCCRC scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(both P<0.05).Three months after surgery,the quality of recovery-15(QoR-15)scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those at discharge(all P<0.05),and the above scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was3.23%,which was significantly lower than10.75%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular acupoint pressing with beans and refined nursing can effectively relieve the postoperative pain of patients with chronic sinusitis,promote the recovery of olfactory function,improve the quality of postoperative rehabilitation,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
