三七通舒胶囊辅助治疗急性心肌梗死患者的效果及对血清β淀粉样蛋白的影响

The Effect of Adjuvant Treatment of Sanqi Tongshu Capsules on Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction and the Effect on Amyloid-beta Protein

目的:探讨三七通舒胶囊辅助治疗急性心肌梗死患者的效果及对血清β淀粉样蛋白(amyloid-beta protein,Aβ)的影响。方法:研究对象选择2018年5月-2021年3月在盘锦市中医医院诊治的124例急性心肌梗死患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为中药组与对照组,每组62例。对照组给予比索洛尔治疗,中药组在对照组治疗的基础上给予三七通舒胶囊治疗。比较两组心电图总有效率、超声心功能变化、血液流变学指标变化及Aβ变化。结果:治疗后,中药组心电图总有效率98.4%高于对照组的88.7%(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的左室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)与左室收缩末期容积(LVESV)均低于治疗前(P<0.05),中药组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的血浆黏度(PV)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)均低于治疗前(P<0.05),中药组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的Aβ水平均低于治疗前(P<0.05),中药组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:三七通舒胶囊辅助治疗急性心肌梗死能抑制Aβ的释放,改善患者的凝血功能与心功能,从而提高治疗效果。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Sanqi Tongshu Capsules adjuvant therapy on patients with acute myocardial infarction and the effect on amyloid-beta protein.Method:A total of 124 patients with acute myocardial infarction who were treated in Panjin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2018 to March 2021 were selected,they were divided into traditional Chinese medicine group and control group according to random number table method,with 62 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Bisoprolol,and the traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with Sanqi Tongshu Capsules on the basis of the treatment in the control group.The total effective rate of ECG,the changes of ultrasonic cardiac function,hemorheological indexes and Aβ were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of ECG was 98.4% in traditional Chinese medicine group,which was higher than 88.7% in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,LVEDV and LVESV in two groups were lower than those before treatment (P<0.05),and those in traditional Chinese medicine group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the plasma viscosity (PV) and fibrinogen (FIB) in two groups were lower than those before treatment (P<0.05),and those in traditional Chinese medicine group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05).The levels of Aβ in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment (P<0.05),and that in traditional Chinese medicine group was lower than that in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Sanqi Tongshu Capsules can inhibit the release of Aβ in the adjuvant treatment of acute myocardial infarction,improve the coagulation function and cardiac function of patients,so as to improve the therapeutic effect.
