拔牙位点保存技术在口腔种植患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Tooth Extraction Site Preservation Technology in Oral Implant Patients

目的:观察拔牙位点保存技术在口腔种植患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年12月沈阳市口腔医院收治的87例单牙病变行口腔种植患者为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=43)与对照组(n=44)。对照组拔牙后予以常规处理并完成种植体的延期种植,观察组则在拔牙后实施位点保存技术处理并完成种植体的延期种植。比较两组种植成功率、牙槽骨吸收量、美学效果、满意度评分,牙槽骨宽度、高度及密度,并发症发生情况。结果:观察组种植成功率为100%(43/43),高于对照组的90.91%(40/44)(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组牙槽骨吸收量均少于治疗前,且观察组少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组牙槽骨宽度、高度及密度方面均低于治疗前,且观察组均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组美学效果与满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为2.33%,低于对照组的18.18%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:拔牙位点保存种植术式可在一定程度上提高口腔种植患者的种植成功率,同时有利于降低拔牙所致牙槽骨吸收,可获得较为理想的美学效果与满意度,值得临床重点关注。

Objective:To observe the application effect of tooth extraction site preservation technology in oral implant patients.Method:A total of 87 patients with single dental disease who underwent oral implantation in Shenyang Stomatological Hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into the observation group (n=43) and the control group (n=44) by random number table method.The control group was given conventional treatment after tooth extraction and completed the delayed implant,while the observation group was given technology processing after tooth extraction and completed the delayed implant.The success rate of implantation,absorption of alveolar bone,aesthetic effect,satisfaction score,width,height and density of alveolar bone,and complication were compared between two groups.Result:The success rate of implantation in the observation group was 100% (43/43),which was higher than 90.91% (40/44) in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the amounts of alveolar bone resorption in two groups were less than those before treatment,and the observation group was less than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the width,height and density of alveolar bone in the two groups were lower than those of before treatment,and the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The aesthetic effect score and satisfaction score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of complication in the observation group was 2.33%,which was lower than 18.18% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Tooth extraction site preservation implantation can improve the implant success rate of oral implant patients to a certain extent,reduce the alveolar bone absorption caused by tooth extraction,and obtain more ideal aesthetic effect and satisfaction,which deserves clinical attention.
