通肺平哮汤加减治疗成人支气管哮喘急性发作期对患者免疫功能及近期疗效的影响

Effect of Modified Tongfei Pingxiao Decoction on Immune Function and Short-term Curative Effect of Adult Bronchial Asthma in Acute Attack Stage

目的:探讨在成人支气管哮喘急性发作期应用通肺平哮汤加减治疗对患者免疫功能及近期疗效的影响。方法:选取内蒙古自治区中医医院2018年6月-2020年6月支气管哮喘急性发作期患者148例,随机分为两组,各74例。对照组使用布地奈德混悬液治疗,研究组使用通肺平哮汤加减治疗。比较两组肺功能变化情况、免疫功能指标、中医症候积分及近期疗效。结果:与治疗前相比,治疗后两组各项肺功能指标均有所提升(P<0.05),与对照组相比,治疗后研究组FEV_(1)/FVC%、FEV_(1)、PEF、FVC水平均更高(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,治疗后两组CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD3^(+)均有所升高,CD8^(+)均有所下降(P<0.05),与对照组相比,治疗后研究组CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD3^(+)水平均更高,CD8^(+)水平更低(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,治疗后两组中医症候各项积分均有所降低(P<0.05);与对照组相比,治疗后研究组中医症候各项积分均更低(P<0.05);研究组近期疗效较对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论:支气管哮喘急性发作期患者使用通肺平哮汤加减治疗,可对患者的免疫功能进行调节,对患者肺功能及咯痰、咳嗽、喘息等临床症状起到有效改善,近期治疗效果显著,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of modified Tongfei Pingxiao Decoction on immune function and short-term curative effect in adult patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma.Method:A total of 148 patients with bronchial asthma in acute attack stage treated in Inner Mongolia Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2018 to June 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,74 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Budesonide Suspension and the study group was treated with modified Tongfei Pingxiao Decoction.The changes of lung function,immune function indexes,TCM symptom scores and short-term curative effects of the two groups were compared.Result:Compared with before treatment,the indexes of pulmonary function in the two groups were improved after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of FEV_(1)/FVC%,FEV_(1),PEF and FVC in the study group were higher after treatment(P<0.05);compared with before treatment,CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),CD4^(+),CD3^(+)in the two groups increased and CD8^(+)decreased after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),CD4^(+),CD3^(+)were higher and the level of CD8^(+)was lower after treatment in the study group(P<0.05);compared with before treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in the two groups decreased after treatment(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the scores of TCM symptoms in the study group were lower after treatment(P<0.05);the short-term curative effect of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Tongfei Pingxiao Decoction can regulate the immune function of patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma,and effectively improve the pulmonary function and clinical symptoms such as expectoration,cough and wheezing,the recent treatment effect is remarkable,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
