中医药治疗甲状腺结节的现状评述

Review on the Current Situation of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Thyroid Nodules

甲状腺结节是甲状腺的常见疾病之一,近年来我国甲状腺结节的检出率也在不断上升,对于甲状腺的良性结节,一般仅进行随诊观察,或通过中医药进行积极干预。中医对甲状腺结节的研究历史悠久,归属于中医学“瘿病”或“瘿瘤”的范畴。在长期历史发展过程中,随着生产力的发展、医疗水平的进步,中医对甲状腺结节的认识也在逐渐深入。现代医学工作者通过对中医文献的研究,并结合自身的临床经验总结出了诸多对甲状腺结节行之有效的内外治法。本文在基于大量文献查询的基础上,对中医药各类疗法治疗甲状腺结节的现状进行综述。

Thyroid nodule is one of the common diseases of thyroid,in recent years,the detection rate of thyroid nodule in China is also rising,for benign thyroid nodules,generally only follow-up observation or active intervention through traditional Chinese medicine.The study of thyroid nodules in traditional Chinese medicine has a long history,which is equivalent to“gall disease”or“gall tumor”in traditional Chinese medicine.In the long-term historical development process,with the development of productivity and the progress of medical level,traditional Chinese medicine has gradually deepened its understanding of thyroid nodules.Modern medical workers have summarized many effective internal and external treatments for thyroid nodules through the research of traditional Chinese medicine literature and combined with their own clinical experience.Based on a large number of literature inquiries,this paper summarizes the current situation of various therapies of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of thyroid nodules.
