Research Review on Xi Jinping’s Important Statements on Scientific and Technological Innovation

习近平关于科技创新的重要论述是当前学术界的研究热点之一。通过文献梳理发现,研究者从不同角度对其科学内涵、生成逻辑、理论创新和重要价值等进行了广泛探讨,形成了科学研究范式一致的研究格局,并在研究理论原创性贡献、阶段性发展和整体性分析方面取得了显著成果。但囿于研究出发点、研究高度和研究方法的单一性,目前的整体研究状况处于初步阶段,且从国家发展、国家安全和民族复兴的高度进行学理化阐述、学术化表达和体系化构建的研究力度不够充分。在未来的研究中,学术界一方面要在逻辑蕴涵、内在特质、体系构建、历史和时代价值方面作进一步拓展,另一方面要在研究角度、方法特色和结构创新等方面深入挖掘,为丰富和发展习近平科技创新的重要论述研究作出积极贡献。

Xi Jinping’s important statements on scientific and technological innovation is one of the current academic research hotspots.Through literature review,it is found that researchers have conducted extensive discussions on its scientific connotation,generative logic,theoretical innovation and important value from different perspectives,forming a research pattern with a consistent scientific research paradigm,and significant research results have been achieved in terms of originality of research theory,development and overall analysis.However,owing to the limits in the research starting point,research height and research method,the overall research situation presently is still in the initial stage,and the research are not sufficient as far as scientific and physical exposition,academic expression and systematic construction from national development,national security and national rejuvenation are concerned.The future academic research should further expand its logical implication,internal characteristics,system construction,historical and contemporary values;and on the other hand,we should dig deep into the research angle,methodological features and structural innovation,thus making contributions to the enriching and development of the research on Xi Jinping’s important statements on scientific and technological innovation.
