On the Historical Achievements of Socialist Construction in the New Era:Institutional Impetus and Causes

党的十八大以来,在以习近平同志为核心的党中央坚强领导下,中国特色社会主义建设取得了历史性成就。成就的取得离不开先进制度。中国特色社会主义制度作为具有鲜明中国特色、明显制度优势、强大自我完善能力的先进制度,是新时代我国发展进步的根本制度保障。运用马克思主义的立场、观点、方法,理清制度与经济社会发展的辩证关系,从制度的内在价值、外在形式、显著优势等方面,分析中国特色社会主义制度对经济社会发展的保障作用,阐析新时代历史性成就背后的制度动因,这对于进一步发挥制度优势,坚定制度自信,有着重要的理论和现实意义。

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),under the strong leadership of the CPC’s Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as its core,historical achievements have been made in building socialist with Chinese characteristics.The achievements cannot be made without the advanced system.The socialist system with Chinese characteristics has distinct Chinese characteristics,obvious institutional advantages,and strong self-improvement ability,which has become the fundamental institutional guarantee for the development and progress of the new era.Using Marxism’s standpoints,viewpoints,and methods,this paper clarifies the relationship between the system and socioeconomic development,analyzes the guaranteed function of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics for socioeconomic development from the aspects of the system’s intrinsic value,external form,and significant advantages,and illustrates the institutional motivation behind the historic achievements of the new era.It has an importantly theoretical and practical significance to give full play to institutional advantages further and enhance institutional confidence.
