注射用紫杉醇脂质体与传统紫杉醇注射液治疗乳腺癌的效果及安全性比较

Comparison of Efficacy and Safety between Paclitaxel Liposome Injection and Traditional Paclitaxel Injection in the Treatment of Breast Cancer

目的:探讨比较注射用紫杉醇脂质体与传统紫杉醇注射液治疗乳腺癌的效果及安全性。方法:选取2020年3月-2021年3月于佳木斯市妇幼保健院的乳腺癌患者94例,按照随机数字法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组47例。对照组应用传统紫杉醇注射液治疗,研究组应用紫杉醇脂质体注射治疗。比较两组用药安全性、疗效、心理情况[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、疼痛及生活质量评分情况。结果:研究组肌肉痛、白细胞减少、过敏反应、恶心呕吐、脱发的发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率为95.75%,高于对照组的72.34%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组SAS、SDS、生活质量和疼痛评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组SAS、SDS和疼痛评分均低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌治疗中相较于传统紫杉醇注射液治疗,应用紫杉醇脂质体注射治疗效果更佳,可以有效提高治疗效果和用药安全性,降低患者的疼痛情况,改善其焦虑、抑郁等心理,从而提高生活质量,值得推广和应用。

Objective:To explore and compare the efficacy and safety of Paclitaxel Liposome Injection and Traditional Paclitaxel Injection in the treatment of breast cancer.Method:A total of 94 breast cancer patients who were admitted to the Jiamusi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected,they were divided into control group and study group according to the random number method,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional Paclitaxel Injection,and the study group was treated with Paclitaxel Liposome Injection.The drug safety,efficacy,psychological status[self-rating anxiety scale (SAS),self-rating depression scale (SDS)],pain and quality of life scores were compared between two groups.Result:The incidence rates of muscle pain,leukopenia,allergic reaction,nausea and vomiting,and hair loss in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total effective rate in the study group was 95.75%,which was higher than 72.34% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in SAS,SDS,quality of life and pain scores between two groups (P>0.05);after treatment,the SAS,SDS and pain scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the quality of life score of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the Traditional Paclitaxel Injection in the treatment of breast cancer,the treatment effect of Paclitaxel Liposome Injection is better,which can effectively improve the treatment effect and medication safety,reduce the patient’s pain,and improve their anxiety,depression and other psychology,improve the quality of life,which is worthy of promotion and application.
