养阴清热利湿汤加减治疗前列腺电切术后患者的效果及对血清CRP、PSA和性激素的影响

Effect of Modified Yangyin Qingre Lishi Decoction in the Treatment of Patients after Prostatectomy and Its Influence on Serum CRP, PSA and Sex Hormone

目的:探究养阴清热利湿汤加减治疗前列腺电切术后患者的效果及对血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、前列腺特异抗原(PSA)和性激素的影响。方法:选择2018年10月-2020年11月于九江市中医医院行前列腺电切术后患者60例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各30例。对照组术后给予抗感染药物治疗,观察组于上述基础上加用养阴清热利湿汤治疗。对比两组国际前列腺症状评分量表(IPSS)及生活质量评分(QOL)量表评分、血清学指标[C反应蛋白(CRP)、前列腺特异抗原(PSA)]、性激素水平[雌二醇(E_(2))、睾酮(T)、催乳素(PRL)及黄体生成素(LH)]。结果:观察组治疗后IPSS、QOL评分,CRP、PSA、E_(2)及LH、PRL水平均低于对照组,T水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:前列腺电切术后患者予以养阴清热利湿汤加减治疗效果确切,有助于改善患者病情及性激素水平,提升生活质量,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of Modified Yangyin Qingre Lishi Decoction in the treatment of patients after prostatectomy and its influence on serum C-reactive protein (CRP),prostate specific antigen (PSA) and sex hormone.Method:A total of 60 patients who underwent prostatectomy in Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2018 to November 2020 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with anti-infective drugs after operation,and the observation group was treated with Modified Yangyin Qingre Lishi Decoction on the above basis.The scores of international prostate symptom scale (IPSS) and quality of life scale (QOL),serological indexes[C-reactive protein (CRP),prostate specific antigen (PSA)],sex hormone levels[estradiol (E_(2)),testosterone (T),prolactin (PRL) and luteinizing hormone (LH)]were compared between two groups.Result:After treatment,the IPSS,QOL scores,CRP,PSA,E_(2)and LH and PRL levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the T level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Yangyin Qingre Lishi Decoction in the treatment of patients after prostatectomy has a definite therapeutic effect,which is helpful to improve the patient’s condition and sexual hormone level,and improve the quality of life,which is worth of promoting.
