田七粉治疗急性脑梗死的效果观察

Effect of Tianqi Powder on Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的:探究急性脑梗死患者应用田七粉治疗的临床价值。方法:选择2020年3月-2021年5月于阳春市中医院神经内科住院的50例急性脑梗死患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将研究对象分为对照组和观察组,每组25例。对照组接受常规预防治疗,观察组在常规预防治疗基础上应用田七粉治疗。应用TCD(经颅多普勒)分别于治疗前及治疗7、14 d动态监测血流动力学,记录并比较血流速度、阻力指数、搏动指数,评估神经功能缺损情况、临床总有效率及不良反应发生率。结果:两组治疗前血流动力学指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗7、14 d的最大峰值流速(Vp)、平均流速(Vm)、血管阻力指数(RI)、搏动指数(PI)均优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)、改良Rankin量表(mRS)评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后NIHSS、mRS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在急性脑梗死治疗中应用田七粉,可促进患者神经功能恢复,改善血流动力学,有效率高,且安全性有保障。

Objective:To explore the clinical value of Tianqi Powder in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Method:A total of 50 patients with acute cerebral infarction hospitalized in the Department of Neurology of Yangchun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the study objects,according to the random number table method,the subjects were divided into control group and observation group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was given routine preventive treatment,the observation group was treated with Tianqi Powder on the basis of routine preventive treatment.Transcranial Doppler (TCD) was used to dynamically monitor hemodynamics before treatment,7 and 14 d after treatment,blood flow velocity,resistance index and pulsatility index,evaluate neurological deficit,total clinical effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions were recorded and compared.Result:There were no significant differences in hemodynamic indexes between two groups before treatment (P>0.05);the VP,VM,RI and PI of the observation group at 7 and 14 d after treatment were better than those of the control group (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in NIHSS and mRS scores between two groups before treatment (P>0.05);the NIHSS and mRS scores in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the rate of adverse reactions between two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of Tianqi Powder in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction can promote the recovery of neurological function and improve hemodynamics,with high efficiency and guaranteed safety.
