黄葵胶囊辅助贝那普利治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的效果及对血清IL-4、INF-γ、IL-17水平的影响

Effect of Huangkui Capsules Assisted Benazepril in the Treatment of Chronic Glomerulonephritis and Its Influence on Serum IL-4,INF-γ and IL-17 Levels

目的:观察黄葵胶囊辅助贝那普利治疗慢性肾小球肾炎(CGN)的效果及对血清白介素-4(IL-4)、γ干扰素(INF-γ)、白介素-17(IL-17)水平的影响。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年1月佳木斯市妇幼保健计划生育服务中心收治的112例CGN患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组56例。对照组采用贝那普利治疗,观察组采用黄葵胶囊联合贝那普利治疗。比较两组疗效、肾功能、血清IL-4、INF-γ、IL-17水平及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率为89.29%,高于对照组的73.21%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、24 h尿蛋白定量、胱抑素C(Cys C)、尿酸(UA)水平均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清IL-4水平均高于治疗前,INF-γ、IL-17水平均低于治疗前,且观察组IL-4水平高于对照组,INF-γ、IL-17水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:黄葵胶囊辅助贝那普利治疗CGN能提高疗效,改善肾功能,其机制可能与升高血清IL-4水平,降低血清INF-γ、IL-17水平,抑制炎症反应有关。

Objective:To observe the effect of Huangkui Capsules assisted Benazepril in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis (CGN) and its influence on serum interleukin-4 (IL-4),γ interferon (INF-γ) and interleukin-17 (IL-17).Method:A total of 112 CGN patients admitted to Jiamusi Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected,they were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 56 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Benazepril,and the observation group was treated with Huangkui Capsules combined with Benazepril.The curative effect,renal function,serum levels of IL-4,INF-γ,IL-17 and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 89.29%,which was higher than 73.21% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum creatinine (Scr),blood urea nitrogen (BUN),24 h urinary protein quantification,cystatin C (Cys C) and uric acid (UA) of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum IL-4 of both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels of INF-γ and IL-17 of both groups were lower than those before treatment,the level of IL-4 of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the levels of INF-γ and IL-17 of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:Huangkui Capsules assisted Benazepril in the treatment of CGN can improve the curative effect and improve renal function,the mechanism may be related to the increase of serum IL-4 level,the decrease of serum INF-γ and IL-17 levels,and the inhibition of inflammatory response.
