中西部高等教育振兴的多维思考与推进策略

Multidimensional thinking and promotion strategies for the revitalization of higher education in China′s central and western regions

中西部高等教育是中西部发展战略的内生力量,全面振兴中西部高等教育既是优化区域高等教育资源布局的有力之举,也是新时代赋予中西部高等教育发展的新使命与责任。推进中西部高等教育全面振兴,需要在共生视域观照下形成求同存异、互促共赢与多维互动的集群发展愿景;与产业革新同频共振,进而更好地推动中西部高等教育服务产业的创新发展;优化人才项目管理制度,推动区域人才协同发展。除此之外,高质量振兴中西部高等教育还应秉持开放、包容、创新的发展理念,彰显内生创新性、社会互动性以及组织协调性的本质特征。

Higher education in China′s central and western regions is the endogenous force of the development strategy for the central and western regions.The comprehensive revitalization of higher education in the central and western regions is a powerful move to optimize the distribution of regional higher education resources,and also is a new mission and responsibility of the development of higher education in the central and western regions.To promote the comprehensive revitalization of higher education in the central and western regions,we need to form a cluster development vision of seeking common ground while shelving differences,mutual promotion and benefit,and multi-dimensional interaction from the perspective of symbiosis.We also need to promote the comprehensive revitalization of higher education in the central and western regions to resonate with industrial innovation at the same frequency,so as to better promote the innovation and development of higher education service industry in the central and western regions;to optimize the talent project management system,and to promote regional talent coordinated development.What′s more,to achieve the high-quality revitalization of higher education in the central and western regions,we should adhere to the development concept of openness,inclusiveness and innovation,and highlight essential characteristics of endogenous innovation,social interaction and organizational coordination.
