成型装药水下大炸高对多层间隔靶的侵彻威力 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究对比水下大炸高条件下,典型成型装药结构(Jet/JPC/EFP)对多层间隔靶的侵彻威力,以期支撑和推动水下高效毁伤技术创新发展,结合一定工程背景设计了一种成型装药和多层间隔靶结构。分别采用锥形罩、半球罩和球缺罩形成Jet、JPC和EFP,应用AUTODYN软件进行水下大炸高侵彻数值仿真;然后进一步对两种典型变壁厚半球罩进行仿真计算,与等壁厚半球罩进行对比分析;最后,针对顶厚边薄的渐变壁厚药型罩成型装药进行水下爆炸试验。结果表明,水下大炸高条件下,同一装药结构的JPC比Jet抵抗水介质和间隔靶干扰、质量耗散的能力强,比EFP速度高、存速能力强,因而具有相对最高的侵彻能力;顶厚边薄的渐变壁厚半球罩比等壁厚半球罩的JPC拉伸均匀,可提升射流的有效质量和动能,能够显著提高侵彻能力,所研究实例穿透主靶板后的后续侵彻能力可提高25%左右。 In order to study and compare the penetration power of typical shaped charge structure(Jet/JPC/EFP)on multi-layer spacer target under the condition of large underwater explosion height,a shaped charge and a multi-layer spacer target structure are designed,combined with a certain engineering background.Jet,JPC and EFP are formed by conical cover,hemispherical cover and spherical cover respectively.The process of underwater large explosion height penetration is simulated by AUTODYN software.Then,two typical hemispherical masks with variable wall thickness are simulated and compared with those with equal wall thickness.Finally,the underwater explosion test of the gradient wall thinkness shaped charge with thick top and thin edge is carried out.The results show that under the condition of large underwater explosion height,JPC with the same charge structure has greater ability to resist the interference of water medium and spacer target and the mass dissipation compared with Jet with the same charge structure,with higher speed and stronger storage capacity than EFP,so it relatively has the highest penetration ability among these structure.The JPC of the gradual wall thickness hemispherical cover with thick top and thin edge is stretched more evenly than that with equal wall thickness,which can improve the effective mass and kinetic energy of the jet and significantly improve the penetration ability.The subsequent penetration ability of the studied example after penetrating the main target plate can be increased by about 25%.
