摘要
为满足多样化、差异化的市场需求,推动公司制造能力向数字化、网络化、智能化方向转型,提出跨基地跨车型车身线自主集成开发及应用方案。该方案基于柔性生产理念,提出跨基地、跨平台车型兼容夹具方案,设计出插拔式主定位夹具切换方案,又设计了双层立体式滚床结构。结果表明该方案很好的实现了单一生产线生产多个车型、跨基地实现车型互换需求。
In order to meet the diversified and differentiated market demand and promote the transformation of the company’s manufacturing capabilities to digital,networked,and intelligent,the article proposes a cross-base and cross-model body line independent integrated development and application program.Based on the concept of flexible production,the program proposes a cross-base and cross-platform model compatible fixture program,designs a plug-in main positioning fixture switching program,and designs a double-layer three-dimensional rolling bed structure.The results show that the program has achieved a good realization of the production of multiple models on a single production line,the need for cross-base interchange of models,and has achieved good economic benefits.
